It took a hole month to get my order, and when I got it the package was all bent and smashed on one side, but everything inside was ok.
Customer service was helpful, but where always asking me to wait another week for my order. Was not pleased with the time waiting for my order
had problem finding information on the site, however by dropping the customer service my question, they were quick to response and the tenical question was answer within the day. Good support.

Теперь вижу,что Banggood является одним из лучших онлайн-магазинов.Я уже много раз делал покупки в этом магазине.Всё было нормально.Но однажды произошёл сбой. Сделал покупку 20 октября. Прошло 60 дней, посылка не пришла.Пришлось обратиться за помощью.Откликнулись сразу.Даже предложили выслать снова.Но прошло ещё 5 дней и посылку получил.Всё отлично.Есть небольшое замечание по работе странички сайта магазина.Не нашёл шаблона обращения, ёсли не получил посылку.Нашёл в поддержке покупателей “связаться с нами”, где при заполнении формы обращения требуется указать свой электронный адрес.Но почему-то адрес почтового ящика в яндексе сайтом воспринимается как несуществующий.Не сразу сообразишь, как связаться,что создаёт определённые трудности, если нужно обратиться за помощью. Это нужно доработать.
I have ordered a few FPV products on Banggood and I am very satisfied of it : good Rx LCD5802 and antennas.
I already have a little issue with the charger of the screen but Banggood reacts very quickly and send me an other one!

Last month I ordered a Christmas present from Banggood.com, they told me it was not on stock and offered too return my money, I did take my chances that it will be here on time. Banggood kept her word, the item was in stock a week later and it arrived perfect on time for Christmas, even a couple of weeks too early.

Chargeur de batterie Lipo commandé sur Banggood le 10/20/14. Bien qu’expédié par Banggood avec un n° de tracking, l’article n’ai jamais arrivé (perdu dans les méandres de la poste Suédoise !). Après quelques échanges de mails cordiaux avec le SupportBanggood l’article m’a été remboursé sans problème. C’est d’ailleurs le seul problème rencontré après plus de 40 commandes
My order 2976005 has been shipped on 2014/9/6 11:52:02 with tracking number RCXXXXXXX, right just a day after I had been charged on my credit card. Yesterdary, a day before Xmas Eve I received my gift. It took too long chiefly due to Brazilian bureaucracy. Certainly, BangGood is a nice and reliable partner one should rely on when doing business abroad.

I have made quite a few orders and this is one of my last ones. Value for money products. Never had to return anything. I only had problems with some of my last orders, since it appears that there was a case of a lost package, but they did resend the package and hopefully it will arrive during the next few weeks.
