Banggood never stop to amaze me! Low prices and a dedicated service team (if you got problems with anyting with the site or items).
Hey! In the last few montsh I spent more than 200$ in this website and I did not regret a thing. I’m copletly satisfied with all my purchases so far (watches, bags, wallets, bracelet, pillow, speakers ect) as they are relative low price but a fine quality. But what makes Banggood such a good company actually their customer service. If you write them they will always answer you in 24 hours in a really kind and helpful way, I contaced them several times already and they are really cooperative when it comes to the customer having any kind of problem. Here are my latest impresions:
I ordered a pair of speakers which got slightly damaged ( it was a bit(!) scratched and it was makeing a quiet whizzing voice but still useable) during the transport. I contacted them and they paid it’s full price back.
I accidentaly ordered a wrong size shirt, I contacted them and they agreed to pay back it’s price if I sent it back. Which I happily did.
There have been only one (out of about 20) example when my order didn’t arrive, I contacted them and they kindly asked me to wait one more week for it. So I did but it didn’t arrive, so I contacted them again and they told me that I can choose between getting a resend or a refund.
I’m realy glad I found this website and I can only recomment it.

Banggood is a cheap online order company. If I buy something i know it won’t be perfect quality, but for the price i’m more than satisfied. Also free shipping, so i’m very happy with Banggood.

As my order did not arrive in 6 weeks, I contacted the CS. The contact was so friendly and helpful. BG had shipped my order the other day, but the problem was the international SNAKEmail.
I can just recommend buying at BG, good items, good service, a company you can fully trust. Thank you Banggood. I´ll be back soon.

Wow, I love Banggood! Until now everything got delivered within a good period of time. High quality, low pricing!
No shipping costs, no other charges payed so far. Stories of tax or shipping penalties don’t apply to Banggood so far!
Another great story is that once they send me the wrong size of a coat. To show them I took some picture of this item and the reacted instantly, answered my mail in one day!
And even better, the send me another jacket in a bigger size, totally free! It was to expensive for me to send back the wrongly delivered item so they let me keep it!
All in all BANGGOOD is my number one favorite shopping site, with good service, good quality and price an honest employees! Banggood rules!
