I’ve done some shopping on BG and they have never failed me. Recently I got a flashlight that didn’t work as expected. It was too expensive to send it back but they gave me full refund anyway. The prices are low and with the free shipping it is unbeatable. I’ve had over 50 shipments from BangGood and only one has been lost this far and I was offered either a re-shipping or a full refund. The free shipping to Sweden can sometimes be very slow (it vary between 3-12 weeks), so in a couple of cases I have used other shipping methods. “

This is stated on their webpage under almost every article ….usually dispatched in 1 business day…
The reality is different! Although payed for the “Expedited Shipping Service” the article needed more than 2 weeks in my case.
No reaction of Banggood on emails and manipulation of shipping history afterwards!!
No refund of shipping costs although it is proven that Banggood didn’t provide the service. And PayPal also does not refund any shipment costs as well although claimed for it!
