I ordered a toothbrush charger and unfortunately I did not receive the first time. I contacted them and they answered very quickly and in a professional way. They organised a replacement order free of charge. I am very satisfied with they service.

I ordered from the UK warehouse. It was more like a “trial” first order. Everything worked perfect. The delivery time was 9 days (weak-days) to Romania which I find quite acceptable. The product was indeed as described and also well packed. Surely, I will order more stuff from them.
