Le service client m’a donc demandĂ© de le renvoyer Ă une adresse en Chine.
Je me suis exécutée, cela me coutant plus de 40 euros.
Aujourd’hui mon colis est bloquĂ© en Chine car l’adresse fournie par le site est incomplĂšte et silence radio cĂŽtĂ© Banggood. Je les ai interrogĂ© sur l’adresse de livraison, ils m’ont rĂ©pondu qu’ils ne prendraient pas en charge les frais de retour sans me donner les informations sur l’adresse.
Bref, cela sens l’arnaque Ă plein nez… Mes 44 euros de colis et mes 120 euros de drones sont perdus dans la nature et le service client semble y ĂȘtre totalement indiffĂ©rent.
Mon conseil: NE PASSEZ PAS PAR CE SITE, c’est vraiment un ENFER.
