I have ordered numerous items from Banggood and everything was exactly as it was advertised.
Had 2 small issues with one order in that a European adaptor was including rather than a UK one and some missing drip tips for an e cigarette. When mailed, I received a mail the next day and the problem was solved within a couple of more mails with both items being re-sent.
This is excellent customer service and I think better than the likes of Amazon.
If you are not in a rush and happy to wait upto 4 weeks then I can totally recommend Banggood.

these folks work very hard to earn the reputation that they have you won’t find too many to say anything negative about this company they’re really on the ball and they really care about their customers I wish they carried more items I would never shop in any other China website other than Banggood
Each order are well taken care, customer support is fast, efficient and get things done without hassle. Product are variety, price may not be most cheap but, its sure compensated by good service, delivered as per described.
Hola buenas tardes, soi nuevo en esto de pedidos a china y resulta que pedi hace unas semanas un medidor de ph digital a muy buen precio y varias cosas mas para la piscina.
Me llego estropeado el medidor, lo demas en perfecto estado.
el medidor tiene un precio de 6€, no pensaba devolverlo por los gastos de envio y eso y total que hice un video del producto defectuoso y me han reenviado otro sin ningun coste para mi.
Un 10 en el servicio postventa y devolucion en mi caso.

This website is really one of the best customer service that you will find. In every online store, the worst scenarios is, you can’t resolve this and that. Credit card being abused and etc. This website really can resolve all your issues without much problems and you will be able to shop at peace. Just grab it if the price is right but expect the delivery time to be slightly longer.
Banggood is one of the best online sites, altough sometimes the server is slow, the goods are good priced and you can even pay with Paypal. I placed already more than 15 orders.
