Hi I ordered a v222 quad copter about four weeks ago from banggood,It arrivied in in a well packed foam box undamaged.
to Melbourne Australia,Free shipping.
on opening the Parcel, I noticed a few minor describinceis, the skids on the quad were on the wrong way round, it was an easy fix ,five minutes.
So after doing that and reading the manual which was in resonable english ,I desided to take it out for a fly,it was a clam day and sunny.
To my surprise on starting it up and lefting it about forty feet in the air ,it just desided to go off on its own never to be seen again.
I emailed Banggood as to what happened,as I suspected it had a faulty reciver?
A day after I emailed the service department I got a reply to my email,asking me to send a video to them as to what had happened.
I again told them the story as too what had happened.
The next day they send me an email saying that they would send me a replace ment v222 quad SKU094143 .
I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ITS QUICK SERVICE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ITS COUSTOMER GRIVEANCES.

First time ordering goods at Banggood from China and I was wondering how this would end up.
But nothing but goods. Website is well documented, everything is easy to order and when you sign up, you can check the orders with your account.
You can use the online Chat or Questions questions by mail are answered the same day.
Of course it take some time before goods will arrive and I ordered my goods to be transported by DHL. Unfortunalty DHL had not shipped my goods well enough and I received the package broken.
It wasn’t the fault of Banggood.
What makes the service great of a company is not the transport or ordering time, but when something goes wrong, how does the company handle the problem. In this case Banggood handled my problem very well, by fast respons, and after confirming that the package was broken they send me a new one. Thumbs up for Banggood.
I will definitly order something again from them…

They’re great value for money and the quality is better than you’d expect for the price, though it’s not a “premium” quality.
Customer service has been polite and realistic and I have enjoyed dealing with them on the one occasion UK customs took 3 months to process a package.
Recommended.
