With regard to the SJ4000 camera was the first purchase, but I have to say they were QUICK IN SHIPMENT, and the item is PERFECT, better than the original, repeated wifi, where the signal of my refusal hera router with repeater me has covered all areas of home with a mAXIMUM signal, the last buy a Boscam FPV 5.8G 32CH Wireless AV Receiver RC832, had a failure of production, (NO Bang gook), I discuss the service customer, they found the fault and within 10 DAYS have spare me the faulty item back to SPAIN to by one WARRANTY THAT IF, aND A TRUSTED SELLER, boy do my next order, AS

I had ordered for a HCP80 along with some spares from banggood. After about a couple of weeks of tracking there was no updates on the tracking website. When I contacted banggood, they requested me to wait for a couple of weeks. After waiting for almost a month, I lost hope. I contacted banggood again and told them about the issue and they were willing to give me a refund or a resend. I asked them to resend it, again this order got returned back to banggood from Malaysia post. I was very dissappointed. I contacted banggood, they requested to wait for another week and resent the shipment. Finally I got the shipment after being patient and waiting for nearly 4 months. Thank you banggood for your wonderful service. I would definitely buy for them again.

I’ve ordered several items from BangGood and all have been of respectable quality. Shipping has been surprisingly quick for this distance and usually at no cost. Low prices and free shipping with good quality and excellent selection of goods. What more could one ask for. Only one item was lost and BangGood reshipped at no extra charge. Excellent customer service with frequent communication on any issues, a great organization.
These folks are excellent. while the shipping takes some time (but hey, it’s China for Pete’s sake…and they don’t charge for it anyway), the products are as advertized and well below the cost of ANY other website. And, when an order of mine got lost in transit, they didn’t bat an eye…they shipped me a duplicate order right away. I got nothing but good things to say about ’em. As a bonus, the bank called to ask if I made a charge at “a place called Banggood in Hong Kong?”. The folks at the bank assume I visited a house of ill repute whilst visiting HK, how’s THAT for adding to a feller’s rep!!! Thanks Banggood!!!
The prices are low and with the free shipping it is unbeatable. I’ve had over 50 shipments from BangGood and only one has been lost this far and I was offered either a re-shipping or a full refund. The free shipping to Sweden can sometimes be very slow (it vary between 3-12 weeks), so in a couple of cases I have used other shipping methods.
Bangood is good site with great customer support,but delivery with flytexpress is slow.I recieved my parcel after almost 3 months.

Bought the first time on Bangood. Booked batteries. Afraid that will not reach, but mailed Sweden. It is 25 days. Support service is not as fast answers as we would like, but everything else was good.
