I have made more than 50 orders and everything arrived within 15 to 28 days, all items were as expected. Only once one of the items I ordered had a partial defect and I had to contact customer service, my experience with them was also really positive. They were very responsive replying within the day and after walking them through my issue, I was immediately send a replacement. Excellent communication in English as well and very polite, it has always been nice purchasing from Banggood and dealing with customer service as well.
I order at banggood since more than two years now. As I live in a remote island, parts use to take between one and two month and sometime never arrive but BANGGOOD customer service ALWAYS refund me. I highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service as always from Banggood. Everyone always complains about bad service from Chinese companies – but Banggood is definitely the exception. Quick responses and resolutions to the rare issue.
Banggood have always helped me out if a parcel goes missing in transit.
They will resend the item if it is still available or refund if it is no longer available.
This has happened a couple of times and I am very happy with the service I get from them.

ordered a motorcycle shifter shoe protector, got returned back because of mistake on my behalf(wrong zip code), paid extra amount to reship the item which was minimal, but was surprised that the item is again shipped with the wrong zip code, contacted Bangood customer service, and immediately I was offered an option for a refund or to wait and hope that the item will be delivered even though with the wrong zip code, needless to say I got luck and the item arrived safely, my interactions with the CS of Bangood were lovely and professional, would I buy again from them, Yes! I know now from my experience is that i’m dealing with a professional retailer and not a scammer.
