I have had great experiences with Banggood throughout all my transactions. I have bought items from their equivalent competition sites and there is no comparison. The Banggood business model of user friendly/intuitive site, low cost shipping + shipping insurance and investing in top level Customer Service reps (my personal favorite is Athena!). It is a model based on longevity and means consumers ability to have confidence/trust in them = a major pillar supporting that type of business structuring. I am only frustrated by the lack of heavy duty (hobbyists to industrial) items, like IGBT multi process welders, engine driven welder/generators/high flow-high pressure pressure washers + wet blasters -KITS. We can drop an appropriate engine on with universal mounts and various shaft couplers. I am not a fan of the (Big Boy) main offshore industrial supply company! : (
I’m a belgian Banggood customer since july 2015, with more than 90 orders so far. ALL my orders arrived safely at my home and mostly I receive them in just 2-3 weeks which is really great 🙂
I like Banggood for their prices and HUGE inventory. I had one product not working properly but Banggood’s customer service was extremely helpfull to get me a working product instead.

Sometime there might be a problem, with an order, and the Customer Service solve it the best way and in minimum time. That is the reason that I keep buying from BangGood.
Two orders placed, one was replaced after the first order didn’t arrive. The second order 24670704 was refunded after not arriving. In retrospect their communication skills are very good but I’m still disappointed.
I ordered at Banggood several times. Last time there was a problem with the shipping but they responded quickly and suggested to resend or a full refund. Finally the package arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the Service and Communication and will be a returning customer.
