I have been buying in this site for years, good prices, fast delivery, and never have had a problem. Nevertheless, in my last order, I hadn’t received all items so Banggood offered me to make a refund. They have one of the best after sales service. I will buy again!
From my experience, Bangood appear to have a good customer focus. I have made dozens of purchased from Banggood and for all, the product is as described, generally well packaged and promptly shipped.
I have had one indicent where packaging and product were damaged in transit. On reporting the damage, there was no hesitation in reshipping replacement product.
Similarly, when a package dis not arrive after 30 days, a new order was raised by Banggood and a replacement item shipped.
Banggood, keep on looking after your customers like this and I will shop with you for a long time to come.
Very good. Trustworthy, good prices & helpful staff. I have made loads of orders & only ever had 2 issues, an Arduino board arrived faulty which was replaced with little fuss & recently a small radio receiver did not arrive. According to the tracking it seems to be lost/stuck somewhere in local (Royal Mail) post, this is currently being resent. Definitely my favorite Chinese retailer.
Hadn’t received my order after a few months so Banggood sent a replacement promptly. Very easy to get in touch with. Will buy again!

Good enough company when things go well, but customer service not great when things don’t go well. Became a real problem to convince them that my parcel hadn’t arrived and that things get lost in the post even if they have the right shipping address on them.

After cancelling a part of an order, I mail to the customer service for refund money already taken on my card, and they quicly reply.
