Apparently there was a missed first shipment item, which happens in some occasions, but i send a photo of the state of the tracking, and they took a favorable and convenient decision for the both, so I think it is a good service both as a seller and as a support service.

Overall I’m happy with banggood. The products are fine, the prices are a great deal. Whenever there is an issue I send a mmessage and they give feedback and try to solve the problem. Normally my problem is some shipment that take longer than is declared, but other than that there is no p+roblem. Actually there is an order I placedand stilL I didn’t recieve the product I communicated it and they procede to a refund. Overall great Shop and great costumer service.

I use Banggood a lot, and sometimes the shipping takes longer than it should but customer service handles any problems I had. Willow for customer service was very good.
Unfortunately the shipping was lost and i had to be refunded. The customer service of Banggood replied very fast even on a Saturday and i got fully refunded upon request. I will continue to consider Banggood for further purchases in the future because they are trustworthy.

I have ordered 100 Feet/30 Meter 3/16inch/4.5mm I.D Polyolefin 2:1 Heat Shrink Tubing and received a wrong size, after great communication i got a fast replacement.
