For me banggood is better than others like Amazon or ebay, just because banggod has the best after-sale service I know.
If you have a problem you can write a simple mail with description and you get help within 24h. They said within 48h but hey, it was always under 24 till now^^.

Very good site for online shopping, excellent Customer Care Service: I made an order and didn’t realize there was an appliable coupon to save 20% on my purchase. I wrote to the Customer Service to ask if it was possible to get the discount even if I missed to insert the coupon, thinking that being my mistake there wouldn’t have been possibility unless waiting for the delivery and then send the item back asking for a refund. I was wrong! The Customer Service helped me in cancelling the order and in 24 hours I got the confirmation of the complete refund of the payment I made!! Now I’m ready to place my order again using the 20% discount coupon! Thanks Banggood, very nice job!

S obchodem jsem velmi spokojen, objednávám zboží pravidelně a vždy vše v pořádku proběhlo. Tentokrát se poštovní zásilka ztratila a bylo mi nabídnuto opakované doručení, za což jsem velmi rád. Komunikace obchodu je velmi dobrá, přestože píši Česky.
One of my orders was delayed for a long time, probably by post service or may be other reasons… Usually I get parcels from Banggod within 2 weeks (Russia). But this one had 75 calendar days, when I decided to write a claim and ask for re-sending it.
I was surprised by service – within 12hours I have got reply with promise to refund 100% if parcel will not arrive in two days (they said need 48hours to get reply from logistic dept).
In fact I’ve got notification from my post office and successfully received the parcel next day.
Overall: sh..t happens sometimes, but I’m glad to know that banggood values their customers and does good after sales support.

Muy buen servicio, es gente seria, comprometida con el cliente. Te brindan una Excelente atención hasta que recibes tu producto. Soy de México y he hecho todos los envios gratuitos, en algunos he pagado el rastreo y un seguro (es muy barato) esto te da seguridad para comprar pues sabes donde viene tu producto y en caso de que llegue mal o no llegue (NUNCA ME HA PASADO) te envian otro producto o un reenbolso. Hace poco compre una funda para celular como tardo mas de 3 meses en llegar pense que se habia perdido en el envio, porque aunque no pague rastreo ellos te indican cuando llega a la aduana de tu pais, les mande un correo y me dijeron que lo verificara en la oficina postal y ellos lo checarian en logistica dos dias despues llego mi paquete. El retraso no depende de ellos pero aun asi no se deslindaron en incluso me efresieron un rembolso o que se volveria a enviar pero no fue necesario.
