I’ve been a die hard eBay fan for over 10 years.
About 2 1/2 years ago I found Banggood and its so nice just to be able to buy stuff and have it arrive.
I was a bit worried about warranty having recently been burned by Hobby King but now bought over $1000 worth of stuff from Banggood and only recently had a problem.
I contacted their support and after a quick check and a video they promptly sent a replacement.

I have been a Banggood customer for about 6 months. My recent purchase was unfortunately lost during shipping. After emailing Banggod customer service, they immediately apologize and offer to either refund or resend the package. I went with the resend option and a week later I received the package by express!! I did not request but they send it by express anyways. That is amazing customer service! Now I’m more comfortable purchasing on Banggod because I know they take good care of their customers! Highly recommended e-commerce website.
