Great customer service. My order was delay in transit, notified Ganggood and we agreed to wait another week. I was contacted by BG customer service asking about my order, wow. I inform her I didn’t contact them as I was giving it another week. Good thing, as it did arrive at the end of the week. Thanks Banggood for the great customer service.

I have a few hundred orders behind me as reference, and have experienced many problems with various online stores.
Bang good always arranged it when I may have had problems, whether it concerns goods that do not arrive in the mail, or it is goods that have been transport damaged or have manufacturing defects. I am very pleased with the site and have recommended it to many of my friends who also have been just as happy and have the same perception of Bang good. Happy customer.

I have nearly 50 orders from Banggood. The site is extremely convenient and easy to shop on. I love how the price for an order is given as exactly what you are paying. Everything is shipped within a day.
Whenever I have had problems, customer service has been very helpful. I always receive a response within 15 minutes during their hours. At one point, some of my orders were lost due to issues with Australia Post – I was quickly offered to have the items refunded or re-sent.
