I’ve been buying in Banggood for two years now and never had a problem. Recently, however, in the received package i did not found one item. I contacted the operator and described the problem and added a picture. The next day I received a message that the item was resent. In the Banggood APP i found a new order with tracking number of the package. The service was up to the task. There was no problem getting my item. I recommend shopping at Banggood.
Good communication with Customer service. There was a problem with the product but I have been refunded.
I have purchased many items from Banggood, some of which have gotten lost or delayed. Each time, after contacting customer service I was immediately given the option of a refund or resend of parcel with no questions asked. Usually the lost parcel would show up within a few days so I suspect the problem is with my country’s postal service and not with Banggood. Always a quick response from Banggood. A pleasure to buy from. Highly recommended.

Banggood is the first e-shop in Chine i’ve attended, and after over a year still my favourite. I’m buying a lot of electronic stuff, as well as other items. Only few times there was delivery problems, but all the cases were solved without any problems.
I bought a phone from banggood and I didn’t get this phone because of post office in my country.
I emailed to banggood’s customer service and after some time I got full refund. Customer service was really nice and helpful.

I bought a phone Xiaomi mi5 from banggood website. The phone not received . When spend 2 months I emailed them and they said “We have arranged refund for you” .
