I dealt with Crystal in customer service regarding a pair of boots. It was over a month and I still did not receive my order so I contacted customer service. Crystal resent the order, only to receive the first order the next day. I was advised to refuse the resend, which I did. I thought I was being charged for them and after a couple emails, all was sorted out. It was all so professional and she was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Crystal ☺️
I ordered a purse from Banggood which was not to my satisfaction so I wrote to complain.
I hadn’t expected a return of my money as I had used the purse once before discovering the faults.
A helpful lady called Juna asked for some details and then gave me the option of a refund or replacement. I was unable to send the purse back because of the time and cost but a refund has been agreed.
