I had ordered a product which was damaged on receiving, they asked for resending or refunding as soon as I told them. I got the item after a month.(shipping to India).
The shipping times depend upon the location and the value of the product, if you buy a product which is more than 25$ you get tracking number and its shipped more quickly (for me the fastest was in 18 days).

The orders that i have received until now was excellent and i am very satisfy.
At first I was reluctant to buy on this site because I found the offer too good … then I realized, free delivery is because it puts almost a month to arrive. What can seem long, but worth the wait cost! Products are dirt varied and very original and perfectly packaged..
