I have made many diverse purchases from Banggood and have never really had a bad experience- except a bit of a delay in receiving a couple of items, due probably to the shipper. In a couple of instances the item was lost in shipping, but upon contacting Banggood, the item was immediately reshipped and the staff was extremely pleasant. Thank you for the great shopping experience.
IMHO BangGood is the best place for drones and accesories for drones. Good supply and great prices.

I am purchasing about 20-30 items a year. Got a replacement of malfunctioning item. The communication with the support was swift and very friendly.
Banggood has excellent customer service as always. Ordered an item but some parts were missing, emailed customer service to ask for assistance. Got a reply within a couple of hours and they willingly agreed to replace the missing items!

Banggood, is a very good China’s e-commerce platform. I’m surprised about handling problems to customers. They are competentive in selling products in the area of electronics, clothes, wearness products and so on. European suppliers could learn of the service of Banggood
It is my first time buying things on Banggood – unfortunately, the item i selected was having some technical deficiences (software components), but customer service was very friendly and supported me even after months after. More than that, after i sent them a video showing the functions not functioning, they offered immediately to be refunded 100 %. I will have just to wait some weeks for the funds to reach back my bank account. I understand it happens and,considering their attitude to the customers, i will continue buying thins on Banggood!
