Affordable price, and good customer representative service. My package was delayed for over a month already. Customer service representative, Athena, coordinated with me throughout the process until a replacement was resent. There could be an improvement on their policies on compensating the customer whenever this happens. I appreciate the few BG points they gave, but I think it was not enough for the time (and excitement/satisfaction) lost.

I’m really impressed with Banggood and have been buying stuff from them for a while now. Items are well priced and generally of high quality.
On the odd occasions when something has gone wrong their customer service has been exemplary.
My latest issue was regarding an undelivered item. Once reported a no hassle refund was given immediately.
This issue was dealt with by Athena who did a fantastic job and was very efficient.
Very good site with lots of items you would not even think existed or you needed. Prices are fair, and i like that shipping costs are kept minimal so that you can buy things right away instead of having to wait for few weeks and collect all the items you need before ordering.
My only criticism is the overall quality control issues, and the delays caused by them… I’ve had a significant number of purchases that didn’t perform as expected or advertised and took, then, another period of days for shipping.
That said, Banggood has consistently been very supportive, providing immediate replacement authorization for all but two products.

I was skeptical of Banggood at first – but I have to say, they are the next Amazon of the tech / hobby world!
They accept paypal, have *excellent* customer support, free shipping, and an easy to search site.

Have ordered from banggood many times in the last few months after seeing many of their items appear on bigclive.com teardowns.
I have had a couple of issues, but banggood were very good in responding.
* Shipment did not arrive
After contacting BG they immediately re-sent the items without question and only asked that I reject the first shipment if it eventually arrived. Amazing!
* Some parts for a kit did not arrive
I’m pretty sure that the originating supplier is to blame (they packed in three times more of some expensive parts, but missed a few cheap parts).
After describing the missing components BG shipped replacement parts.
Overall banggood provide the best experience I have had ordering from .cn
