I have placed more, than 50 orders at Banggood.
There were only 4 problems with products qwality. In every case the wrong products were replaced. In one case I have got my money back.
Ivy, the customer service person was keeping a dialog with me while I am waiting for my order. It took 17 days to arrive. Overall I am satisfied with this online company. I would order again.

All in all, I’ve had only good experiences when ordering from BangGood. Unfortunately one of my orders was seized by local customs, but their customer service helped me in finding a solution rather quickly. Prices are very competitive compared to other Chinese online vendors as well. I’ll be ordering from them again in the future.

I have placed almost 30 orders over the past year at Banggood.com and never had any real problems. I only have had some parts missing in one order, and a small quality problem with an item in another order. In both cases, it was a pleasure dealing with the Banggood customer service. They responded quickly, were friendly, and I was offered a refund.
I primarily shop FPV racing quadcopter parts at Banggood, and they have a really large selection of quality products at very good prices. Often you can make a good deal on the flash sales. The shipping from China to Denmark takes around 2 to 4 weeks depending on the shipping method.
