Hi I have been buying from banggood since July 2012. I have had great service. Shipping is reasonably quick for free shipping averaging 3 weeks so I can not complain. I have had a few lost items and after a longish wait they resend the item. A number of them sometimes turn up which I return to Banggood or buy the second one from them to save sending it back to them. Over Christmas I lost a number of orders which were resent after a long wait. They were all replaced. A phone was lost which was replaced then 4 months after the order a second one arrived. I did a deal and purchased it also. Great Service. I continue to buy from them. Just know shipping dose take longish time but the price makes the wait worth it for me.

My order didn’t arrived and I contacted the customer service and they checked that it was time enough to arrive and they solved the problem just asking me if they can resend the order again or if i want the money back.
My choice was resend the order and on same day they’ve created a new order and shipped.
An excellent customer service, where the customer satisfaction is an priority.
