Good products and very good custom services.
Bought goods in January. As at 6 April, nothing delivered as yet. Banggoods need to sort out their logistics partners. I would love to buy from them, but cannot because of the bad logistics. Waste of time and money!!!

I am a long time customer of Banggoodnak. I know others recommend a good heart. In connection with the ordered goods, if a problem is encountered (thankfully very rare) they responded immediately and very quickly remedied.
That is why, because of their reliability almost exclusively to order the Banggoodtól even if sometimes slightly higher price.
I have ben using banggood as my main supplier for the last 18 months. The product range is superb and the service is great. I recently ordered a rucksack for one of my quadcopters ( my 5th one ) and it arrived undamaged in 5 days. If you compare prices they invariably are the best, overall I can’t fault them, and that is with over 150 orders.

Had a package lost in the mail and Chloe was very helpful in a resolution to send out the item again.If i have a problem with orders customer service has always been quick to resolve any problems.
I regularly place orders in Banggood. I have not had problems. The last package has not arrived. I wrote to Banggood and from there replied Juna. Then they sent me back the missing shipment. The correspondence was quick and korenktna. Thank Banggood, thank Juna!

I recently purchased a hat from Banggood. Unfortunately, our postal service lost it. After I notified them, Banggood immediately wanted to send me a new one or refund the money!! Fantastic service! Banggood is the greatest – I have been using it for a few years now.
I find the service is the best part. It is not always as cheap as some sellers, but it is worth spending a little bit more to know that I will receive quality customer service if something goes wrong (which is very rare!)
