Very good products at excellent prices. Great value. They process orders fast although transit times can be long. The customer service communication is excellent. I’ll buy again.
Excellent customer service this time; in this case, I was able to get a video of the defective parts; frankly and honestly, the last time this happened to me, I couldn’t do a video and nothing was done about it. I still took a chance and ordered again and with the video sent, there were no questions about it. They responded very quickly. I will stick around as a customer.

Excellent customer service, quick response and fast shipping ! I bought an item, Banggood send quickly with tracking number. But due to delivery problem, my package was lost on the way, and Banggood fully refund me very quickly and without any complicities.
Banggood are outstanding and are my first stop for electronic goods. I’ve placed over 50 orders with them over the past couple of years and had only ONE tiny glitch (one small item short on one order). Their Customer Services sorted it out immediately by sending the missing item free of charge. Great service!

Banggoods product range and advertizing are hard to beat. The staff is attentive and supportive both before and after the sale. Product quality issues do arise, however Banggood strongly supports their Customers. Shipping can be a problem, with some shipments never arriving; If you use the free shipping option, I highly recommend paying the extra for a tracking number.
I’m BangGood customer since 2016 and I order about 30 times more than 50 items without problems. Only 2 items with small quality problems, after 3 emails with Carina from BangGood costumer service they listened to my issues and solved the problem right away. I will buy again! Perfect service!

It could be possible, that the address label was unreadable. Only after a few hours after I contact BangGood service, I got a reply and the items were send again without any problems. Perfect service!
