BangGood is a good dealer concerting the prices and the speed of delivery (France 15-20 days). But there are mistakes in the description of objects or important omissions … and more annoying, it does not always display the critical and negative reviews … preferring to post positive reviews with 5 stars! Thus, it distorts the judgment of a new buyer who will not be informed of the defects of the object he wishes to buy.
I want to make clear that I am a customer for 2 years with +40 orders and that I am still quite satisfied with this supplier. But beware of his comments … which are not reliable because the reviews are filtered …
Attention, they are nice … but they do not know how to read your complaints …!
To solve a problem, you have to make a video and put it on youtube … so that they understand!
Apparently, they know absolutely not the products they sell … or more exactly that they send … These are only “mailboxes” … not advised sellers. (This certainly explains their low prices … without qualified advice …)

I had problems with two of three items I ordered. I contacted Banggood via email to request shipping instructions and refund. They responded a week later. They asked me to make a video and post it on YouTube, take pictures and submit a detailed written description of the faulty items. I fulfilled their request with an exception to the video. It has been two weeks and I have not heard from them. I tried calling their Customer Support Number and it just rings. DO NOT BUT NOTHING FROM BANGGOOD! They will take your money but not stand behind customer courtesy or business integrity!
I had very positive experience with Banggood so far. Everything I ordered was in excellent state and as described. The delivery time was reasonable, but Banggood or sellers couldn’t be really blamed because the items were shipped using regular transportation means and delays could be expected.
I ordered an item 3 months ago (Nov 2016) which arrived today (Feb 2017). I expected a delay of 1 month, because that’s the usual delivery time for items coming from China and that part of the world. But, 2 month almost passed and I requested from Banggood to resend the item.
After one or two days, I got an email from their support that the item was resent, which also appeared in my list of orders.
For the time being, I’m fully satisfied with the service offered by Banggood.

J’ai contacté le SAV qui m’a répondu en moins de 48h. Après quelques vérifications (poste francaise et de leur coté), ils m’ont renvoyé ma commande sans frais supplémentaire.

Banggood is my favorit supplier. They process orders very quicly. Less then 24 hours between placing an order and the actual shipping seems standard for them.

I ordered an 433 MHz antenna, but received another antenna, that was not useable for me. I contacted the service center and had email contact with Victoria. After a few emails in witch I sent pictures of the received antenna, it was clear that the wrong one was sent, and because the correct antenna was not on stock, i shall get the costs back by a refund.
I am satisfied with Banggood: good price, products and after sales service, and will shop there again.
I ordered many goods here and i’m satisfied with quality and delivery. Last order was drone, it came with servo noise defect, service reply quickly and send me new servo. I’m think that’s fair and fast service.
I received an order of several small bags, each containing a set of connectors. One of the bags was missing a piece. I contacted Banggood and they immediately sent me a replacement package which arrived within 2 weeks. Excellent service!
The best customer service, if you have a problem they quickly send another spare or item. Recommended!
