Good cheap products, customer service is good, only complain is that shipping takes a while, but if you have major issues they’re happy to help.
My order did not arrive after 6 weeks or more so I contacted the company and they have re posted the order at no further cost. Thank you Athena
After 6 weeks waiting for the parcel, customer service arranged the refund payment. The package eventually arrived 5 weeks later, therefore I paid the money back. So far I am satisfied with the service and the received goods.

Excelente pagina con gran variedad de productos, el soporte al cliente es excelente tambien, lo maximo que me han tardado en responder son 24 horas, a mexico con envio gratis pueden tardan en llegar hasta 2 meses, pero el tiempo es mas por el sistema de correo local, si contactas a soporte banggood les escribes en español te responden en ingles pero con un traductor puedes entender y tu puedes seguir comunicandote en español. en mi ultima compra un paquete no llego y me hicieron el reembolso a mi cuenta sin problema del monto de la compra.Muy recomendable la pagina y segura.

Absolutely awesome customer service (thanks Ada). Replied within 24hrs to my emails (I am in Australia). Refunded money within 72hrs for a cancelled order. Remaining order arrived on time! Goods exactly what I ordered – no hidden or miscommunication on design/style. I loved my business card wallet as soon as I laid eyes on it.
My order hasn’t arrived me. But the complaint service was very helpful and send me my money on paypal back.
