My package did not arrive, likely postal issue, and the customer service quickly sent me a new package.
In my opinion seller is counted not only when all goes well but also when something goes wrong and here Banggood proved their superiority – fast response time and immediate action.

The customer service is very accommodating and always nice. The subsequent chance of the shipping mode went smoothly and also a cacellation and the re-transfer of the money worked easily. My initial skepticism and mistrust was unfounded. The e-mail contact was very fast despite the time difference of 7 hours. Now i hope only that soon the package arrives. I will definitely order again what has to do with fpv and coptern.

b) banggood->me: november 12 mail with: “shipped date 11 december”, tracking number not indicated”;
c) me->banggood: january 22 complained because nothing has been delivered
d) banggood->me: asked me to check the delivery address
e) me->banggood: confirmed delivery address
f) me: january 24 saw the refund on paypal

May be i was not patient enough, but banggood did not give a tracking number nor an estimated delivery date.
Truly reliable Customer Service! I buy regularly from Banggood but due to bad luck/shipping problems (NOT a Banggood fault!) four or five orders in a row, shipped November and December 2016 didn’t arrive at all. I contacted Customer Service for support and they immediately arranged reshipment / refunding, just as I asked for. I’m grateful for that! Of course, if the missing orders eventually arrive, I’ll repay for them. Meanwhile, I’ll go on buying from Banggood with confidence. Thanks again!
