I have the best experiences with this company, even though I live in Denmark, and the shipment takes a while (appx. 13 days).
I’ve placed more than 30 orders, all but one received in perfect shape.
One item was defect when received, but was replaced by Banggood Customer Service within a few days after I wrote them – and with no cost to me. Simply a very responsive and excellent service to a “small” private customer, far away (in Europe).

I still havent recived 2 orders of mine, some trouble in shipping (not their fault) and they returned me my money till I recive my items. Also I bought my phone iNew v3 there, I have it more than a 6months now, still withouth a scratch, nothing is loose or broken…. excelent quality, good shipping, perfect support team 🙂
Banggood? These folks are Bang-on!
Occasionally, I’ve found some items a fraction cheaper (pennies!), but their shipping (Free to Finland) and speed is superb, so Banggood is first for me.
