These guys are amazing. Few times they used very slow Postal Services. Couple of orders didn’t arrive. I’ve contacted the Customer Service. They have responded very quickly and they have offered me to sent orders again, or to proceed with refund. I will keep using them and order things from their site.

i ordered four umbrellas. two came and they are really cool and were perfect. one came damaged, no fault of the company, it was the fault of the mail, and unfortunately the 4th was lost in the mail.

My experience with Banggood is positive. They are usually faster than Aliexpress, and their customer service is clearly better. In case of missing orders, they are helpful and collaboratives. I have had two missing orders and both of them were quickly replaced at no cost. GOOD SERVICE REALLY

before I recieved my odered item.
But I do assume that was rather caused by the supplier then by bangood people. Though delivery took three attempts and three months, the people at bangood always being nice and responsive.
So, though I waitrd agesfor my item, I do recommend the service here which was quite good.
