Bangood
Ordered a number of items on the 10th Nov 2016 and nothing arrived (10th Jan 2017). Contacted Bangood and was offered a full refund.
I bought 3 pendrives in July and they never arrived. Now in December I asked for a refund and the people from Bangood were very polite and nice. They sent the refund and they apologised.

The smartphone I bought to banggood didn’t arrive more than a month later it was shipped. I know it left the Singapure port, so probably it was lost in Europe due to the big amount of thing shipped from Asia to Europe in Christmas.
I am very pleased with banggood, they answer my messages very quickly and the refund the money as soon as possible.
So, you can trust in them.

I had to ask for a package that didn’t arrive more than 2 months after I had purchased it. Just 2 days after I had claimed it, following a mail exchange, it was resent. Now I’ll have to wait again a few weeks but I hope it doesn’t get lost again.

I’m really pleased to shop with Bang Good since a couple of years.
All items were adhering to descriptions and even in case of item not received, such in this unfortnate case,i have been proposed to have a resend or immediate refund. So i belive Bang Good has an oustanding customer service. This is a sign of proff style that built faith in this seller. I’ll continue to shop with them. Feliciano

I use Banggood most weeks and always receive excellent service. A recent package was damaged in transit. This was sorted promptly by Banggood staff and a replacement sent out very quickly. Very pleased with the service.
