I love to make purchases here as they have a lot of goods in one store. Convenient user interface. Prices not always are lowest on the market (for sure not the highest), but variety of things you may choose in one store is quite impressive! I mostly use BG for tools and stuff like that. The main reason of staying on Banggood is quite professional, working customer support. Not always things go smooth, but with some patience you may get customer support which will lead you to stay with this shop.

When I first purchased from Banggood, I was motivated by low price and still I was rather skeprical, whether it is a good move. One would expect long waiting periods and malfunctional customer service.
Now I already placed several orders from the store and wouldn’t hesitate a second to place another! Order processing is lightning fast, shipping tankes no longer than necessary, given the great distance from China to my place. Probably the most excellent thing is the customer service. They do reply within few hours to any my email, they are kind and helpfu, and whenever I had some problem, they always offered many solutions including refunds. Really, I do not get half as good service at local stores!
Of yourse, you need to realize that you are buying cheap products so cant expect premium quality. But so far for what I purchased the quality was better than the pricetag would suggest. And if the opposite was the case, I was offered a refund on instant. Really, can harly be any better.
I do recommend Banggood to anyone!

I purchased a drone. I realized I didn’t need the one I purchased. I asked for the purchase to be cancelled and it immediately was cancelled. I’ve even received emails to make sure my money was returned. They are very easy to work with and readily available to help you in your situation.

Banggood shipped a package to me in the US, and it was lost in the mail. Banggood always replied to my support requests in a timely manner, and sent a replacement item when the postal service was unable to find it.

Good price and better service…
I ordered a android tv box from Banggood. I could follow the tracking number up until the point where it was supposed to reach my country, South Africa. Unfortunately, South Afica’s postal service is in a poor state and I can not trace the parcel any further.
Banggood offered me a full refund or a re-send of the parcel. Amazing.
They have great service with friendly staff and takes their business seriously.
