I did not receive my orders and when I asked about it I received an answer giving me a choice between refund and resend. I appreciate very much the service and professionalism.
When I first discovered BangGood it was a pleasant surprise for me. Over time I bought from them a variety of goods and I always received quality products. In the only occasion when the parcel was lost BangGood refunded me and their staff was kind and quick. I will continue to buy from them as I can now trust them as reliable suppliers.
I already have over 70 orders with Banggood. Overall I am very satisfied with their product. Although shipping time might be a little too long when holiday season hits, what can you say with free shipping? I especially like their customer service team. Very attentive and flexible. It has a ot of products and the prices are great.
In my experience,shipping time can vary,sometimes ok,sometimes a bit slower,but in case your parcel gets lost great customer service will with no problem give refund or resend.
Overall i am very satisfied and would recommend banggood for your shopping.
