One of my favorite Chinese stores. They have a great service and even if something arrives broken (which happens only seldom) they replace it quickly without any problems.

I have Mini-Waterproof-Wireless-Bluetooth-Speaker from this shop. It was very cheap and good looking.
Delivery was quite fast, 20 days to Europe, It´s OK. And good packed.
But speaker did not work, had bad wiring.
Banggood employee named Sanny wrote back immediately, and after sending photos Banggood sent me a new speaker. It was a nice experience.
I will definitely continue to shop at this store.

On February 7, 2016 I have ordered bracelets – pedometers. In May one bracelet has failed – there is no indication of separate symbols. the seller has sent a new bracelet – works normally. I recommend the seller – he well cares for the buyers!

I have been buying all of my huge collection of quads and the required spares such as props and batteries etc for nearly a year. Products always arrive on time, if there is ever an issue which is rare customer service is excellent, replies are always in one business day, any delay is because of the time difference. If you are entering the rc market place, banggood are normally the lowest price and have new products first. I have yet to find a UK supplier that comes anywhere close. Further more banggood make it easy to pay and only take payment when goods are dispatched, if they don’t have the item that you require, customer services will keep you informed of expected stock arrival and then give you a choice on whether you wish to proceed or cancel your order. Ive had several UK companies that take your money and THEN tell you that you have to wait for your item. The best news lately is that they now have. UK warehouse whichbwill of course speed up deliveries even more. The longest that I personally have had to wait for anything is 2 weeks but most things arrive in 10 days or less. So all in all I give banggood top marks all round for products and service, the people who leave bad reviews in my opinion are not being realistic and thats based on over 50 separate orders over the last nine months. Y
After being a little dubious about dealing with a Company on the other side of the world, I am pleased to say so far I am more than impressed with the Quality, Service, Speed and Communication . I see no reason why this will not continue in the future.
