Ordered a LOVE MEI iphone case. Upon receiving it, it had a screw missing. They have send me a replacement case immediately.
I’ve been a customer for Banggood for few years. I thought that the key factors that make Banggood been attractive to me are their features. For examples, you can collect redemption points by some special events and from the products you’ve purchased then use it later for next order up to 15% discounted. Yet, their customer services are available online so that I can ask any question which is not too technical but essential for making a decision such as Stock availability, Color selection and so on. And the most important thing, when there was any problem on the product on arrival you can get their fast response/reply within 48 hours. These reasons make me feel secure than shopping from those other online stores.

WORST WEBSITE EVER! ALL these “good reviews” are forced reviews.DO NOT BELIEVE A SINGLE ONE!! They try to make up for their shitty products and service by giving you banggood points, here’s the kicker: THEY ARE ONLY WORTH ANYTHING IF YOU BUY SOMETHING AGAIN!! They throw these points at you and tell you, “go rate us good at trustpilot and keRyet. Even product reviews are filtered. i have written SEVERAL BAD product reviews, none to see the light of day, posing their products are “GOOD” products, when they are really SHITTY. DO NOT BUY FROM BANGGOOD! DO NOT BUY FROM BANGGOOD! The price may seem good, but trust me you get what you pay for SHOP ELSEWHERE.
