Very satisfied with Banggood for working promtly to solve two problems I had with the order. It took some time (after all it is China) but Anida saw to it that I was completely taken care of.
I ordered a doll house kit for a friend. The kit arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the kit was damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and they were very attentive. They promptly sent a replacement and told me to just keep the original damaged kit. I appreciate their service and the fact that they did not put me to the trouble of return the original product. I would order from them again.

Banggood has good prices, compared to other stores. Shipping tooks the typical amount of time, like all shipping form china. Some items arriver very fast and are moderate packed.
Service tooks a little time, because they always request photos and videos before you get a refound and you have to contact via paypal to get a fast answer.
