Very plased with this shop, prices are low , stuff is good and the customer service is very helpful and fast. I ordered from them many times and i never had an issue that has not be solved if any.They ship orders sometimes the same day you place the order, since I’m from Italy it will take a while for the stuff to arrive, but like i said they do their part shipping very fast the rest is up to the courier. Everytime i had problems with the stuff i ordered and the customer service has been very fast dealing with my issues, but rarely had issues so the stuff they sell is good and the feedback/review system they have in the site will help you choose wisely, so you know what you buy from the very beginning. I can’t be more pleased of this shop, so i greatly recommend them. AAA+++

I bought a Bluetooth speaker in the bangood.com. The item (http://www.banggood.com/Mini-Waterproof-Wireless-Bluetooth-Speaker-For-iPad-iPhone-6-6-p-88071.html) was very well reviewed, so decided to buy it.
The item be delivered so fast (15 days) to my country – brazil. It came with battery, I tried it and turns on and paried with my smartphone. 3 days after use the battery be empt, but when I tried charge the gadget not happened.
I open a chat to claim about the mal function of my gadget. One person from banggood, text to me by the chat and indicates what is needed to do.
I follow the instructions and BANG! I just received a email with apology and solve my problem. The solution was send me a new one item.
So I’m grateful by the excelent after sales service, furthermore all my 3 years using the ecommerce provided by bangood without any problem.

I bought a Runcam2 HD and unfortunately it was a DOA unit, worked in some fashion but mostly useless.
Banggood asked me to show the non working unit via a video and upon a short period decided they would send a replacement unit. I couldn’t have asked for a better result, I did want a refund as it was a let down and left me wondering about the Runcam quality overall but they do get good reviews so we will see.

I bought several products from this site already and I was completely satisfied with all of them! Shipping time is faster than average, and their customer service is always fast to reply. I only had one problem so far, order probably got lost somewhere. When max. delivery time expired, I contacted customer service, and got reply in less than a day. They were absolutely reasonable, and asked me kindly if I prefer refund or resend.
