Customer care is the best. I bought a foot stool for playing guitar – quality not great and it broke immediately. Banggood were very quick to resolve the issue and refund the purchase price. Most online retailers would require the return of the item and in my experience are hesititant to make good. AAA for the quality of customer care.
I bought a smart battery for a DJI Phantom 2 Drone. The battery arrived fully discharged and unuseable (unable to hold it’s charge). I immediately contacted Bangood customer service with details of the problem, together with Photos and 2 Youtube video links showing exactly what was wrong. They responded within 24 hours with an offer to replace the faulty battery which I was happy to accept. I have been a regular customer with Bangood over the last 18 months and I can honestly say that I shop with confidence with them because they have never let me down when there has been a problem.

Très bons prix sur ce site mais surtout un service après vente d’exception. J’ai acheté un stylet pour i-pad et quelques semaines plus tard celui-ci ne fonctionne plus. Après un échange de deux mails et moins d’une heure après le problème est résolu et l’on m’envoie un nouveau stylet.

i have used Banggood on many occaisions before and think they are a fantstically priced company with plenty of stock of the things i commonly need to run my business. I think their delivery times are awesome and compared to other Chinese sites they are outstanding in service goods pricing and delivery without doubt. Keep up the good work Banggood and congratulations on the opening of your new EUROPE depot, another feather in your hat and very very convenient for the likes of myself when i need something quickly. I recommend Banggood to all buyers out their, you wont find it cheaper anywhere else and you wont find a quicker delivery anywhere.

I recieved an order with missing parts, and it got defective. I’ve written in the Order resending form, after a couple of days I’ve written Support and a review of the product and after that i’ve written in the forum, but it was after another couple of days until forum support and coustumer support have written me at the same time, usually it all goes much faster (normally just 1-3 days), but now I’m Happy that they resend the item to me.
I’m very satisfied with banggood, and the service they provide, but you always loose many weeks if something doesn’t work due to shipping, even more if it takes some time to get an answer, now I’m just happy to get a working product that I can use, thank you 🙂
