Best prices. Shipments arrive to Europe/Estonia about 3 weeks. Never had to pay any extra customs when ordering from banggood.
I have had only good experiences with Banggood.com customers service. Have got refunds few times both due to out-of-stock or defective products. I personally very much prefer Banggood, when buying from China.
I bought before 2 months a new tablet . It came with defect display (colored lines) I sent it back and immidiatelly they sent me back a new one before they recieved the defect one. The new tablet works perfect.

I ordered a wallet for my iPhone 6sPlus and when it arrived it was for the smaller screen. I contacted Banggood straight away with photographs and the shipping label and without hesitation they despatched the correct one. No messing around good customer service
“Good prices, good after-sales service” – Generally I am satisfied with Banggood. As a buyer one must carefully read all item details before ordering and if available read the reviews left by others.
The manufacturers Banggood buys their goods from could be better at quality control, but if there was a problem with an item, Banggood provided a satisfactory solution in all cases.
I have mainly bought electronic products and some bike repair stuff, which are relatively easy to evaluate before and after sales.
It is good job, working by Bang good, just in last time, very kindly(Doris, Reinie…and some other, but have some orders did not arive in the past. But now with these people everything is ok!
