Banggood has great customer service and a great amount of cool products. They are really helpful with all their solar and can explain any questions you have about hookups.
I’ve ordered a number of items from BG and they have all turned up in the specified time and in good condition. I had one problem with a faulty item, which was replaced after I contacted customer support with my inquiry and video showing the problem.
Banggood is a great online store. Good communication, reply to my problems. example, what to do if buyer wanna change address where to receive after item has been place order. They did reply to solve the problem and item can be change or refund if out of stock or not receive. satisfy with their services.

Cuando tienes un problema,solo tienes que ponerte en contacto con el servicio de asistencia de Banggood y con un trato cordial y muy bueno, en muy poco tiempo solucionan tu problema de la mejor manera posible.

Very good service over the years
I have been a long term customer of Banggood, buying soooooooo many small radio controlled aircraft, LED lights, batteries etc etc
Their delivery service is impressive – I live in the UK, and OK sometimes the deliveries take some time, but I have had a 100% delivery record. This is particularly impressive considering the number of items I have bought from Banggood.
Recently, for the first time, i had an item delivered which was defective. Banggood dealt with this problem very efficiently and courteously – excellent customer service.
I would give Banggood my wholehearted recommendation.
I am extremely happy with banggood service and products.

I bought 3 small MP£/Radio/Speakers about a quarter of the price I’ve paid before. They arrived in the UK very quickly from Vientiane in Laos!
Unfortunately one item did not work correctly, but Banggood quickly agreed to give be a refund.
