I often use Banggood and as of today I only had 2 issues, a shipment not received and an item not working properly. On both cases the Client Service was very responsive and resent the item quickly without many questions asked.

My experience of Banggood has been excellent. My orders were shipped immediately and arrived well within the estimated delivery time. A record of the items ordered and a receipt was emailed to me as soon as the order was placed and I was able to track the goods as they were being shipped.
The quality of the goods was exactly as stated on their web site and I am very satisfied with them.
An item was missing from one of the boxes and as soon as I informed them, their customer service department went out of their way to resolve the problem, satisfactorily.
One of the items I ordered was not in stock and I was given the option to cancel for a refund or wait until it was in stock again. I chose to wait and was kept up-to-date with the situation until they were able to ship the item.
I can only say a big thank you to them for their excellent customer service and based on my experience I can highly recommend shopping with Banggood.
