I had problems with one motor and the customer service did a wonderful job for me. They resend me a motor and the ESC (just in case it is also not working by the end).

I ordered a remote control helicopter set from Banggood, together with a further helicopter as a spare. The order was delivered promptly,although the products had been repackaged for protection in transit and to save weight. Unfortunately one battery was omitted and I had to contact Banggood to request a replacement battery.
This was despatched promply, but took nearly three weeks to arrive from China, despite being on tracked delivery. I was kept updated throughout.
I’ve received a defective airplane and I immediately reported the issue to them. They asked me to send some pictures and explain and I did. So, they had me send back the airplane. To my surprised they even refund the shipping that I paid to send it back and only 5 days letter received a new one. Excellent, Excellent customer service! This is an online store you can really trust! Thank you very much!!!
