After finding very competitive drone part prices on banggood that were OUT OF STOCK everywhere else I was ecstatic to not find any hidden charges or extra shipping fees. Shipping was very daunting with little updates, but once i received my parts I found them in good working order. I did have issues with one part, and Banggood customer service did not hesitate to compensate me for the issue. Next time i will pay for the expedited shipping.
I have placed many orders from Banggood over the past 5 months and have been very pleased with the prices and delivery. On a recent order, the servo motors were missing from a robot kit. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out the missing parts. Great Job!

Great Banggood: my Jjrc X1 after only 3 batteries suddenly started to not work properly making it impossible to fly it, as video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4fVRme9Lns, published and linked to Banggood relatively mail request assistance.
Banggood, evidently including the fly problem, he offered to send a new card (very happy for this solution) I received last week the card, absolutely free of charge! and I mounted in place of the previous one (it’s pretty easy, you just have to solder the wires to the motor -12 solder tab – and connect the LEDs and the receiver board (the small one above, where there is the antenna) via the connectors.

Some products details need to be improved on the web site and some products need to check with the manufacturer for the correct info, other wise this is a great site to shop.
