Matériel à prix canon, et très performant sur le papier. Un peu long à arriver jusqu’à Paris. Et rien ne fonctionne correctement. Le hub USB3 (1 x 4 Ports USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Hub with On Off Switch) ne fonctionne qu’avec un câble d’une autre marque, et est instable. Le “H-366T Multi-point Bluetooth 4.0 Music Transmitter” n’est détectable par aucun appareil.
MAIS, renvoi immédiat par retour de mail des produits défectueux. Bon, ça marche pas mieux… H-366 pas plus reconnu, notice sommaire en anglais, hub toujours instable… MAIS remboursement immédiat de Banggood. Donc SAV et société sérieuse.

I purchased some batteries from Banggood for the eachine racer 250 I purchased from Banggood as well. The batteries showed that they had been delivered to my house yet I didn’t receive anything. I contacted banggood customer service to see what was going on with my purchased batteries and received a prompt response from Ariel in the customer service department. He was quick to respond to my questions and was able to track down the location of the batteries. Make the long story short I got my batteries and am a happy camper! Thanks Banggood!

I appreciate that when banggood sold me a “Little Saxophone” that was barely playable they refunded me $5 of the cost. Their customer service was timely, though they did need me to send in a video of myself trying to use the thing in order to process the refund for some reason.
