I order a Blue Sky 5 Inch HD Digital Panel Display 800×480 which stop working after 10mn. Banggood change it by a new one after explanation + photo. New parts is working fine.

Après deux mois de délai de livraison pas de leur faute les batteries sont arrivées et ne fonctionnaient pas`.

I ordered a FY03 RC Car from Banggood that turned out to have problems with reverse not engaging or a lag in engaging. Being over the Christmas holiday period, I did not charge the batteries and attempt to play with the Rc car until 4 days after receiving it – which put it outside the 3 day Product Guarantee window.
I contacted Banggood on the 4th day – after discovering the faulty reverse – and was put in contact with Wing. Wing offered to ship me a new ESC, as he suspected it as being the cause of the problem. I waited several weeks and the new ESC had not arrived. I contacted Wing again & he shipped out a replacement ESC. The 2nd ESC arrived 3 weeks later.
Thank you Banggood & Wing for excellent customer service. I have been buying from Bangggood for more than 3 years now & will continue to do so.
I bought an R/C helicopter from Banggood and when it arrived the tail rotor wasn’t working. An email to Banggood and they arranged to send a replacement. I have always had good service and prompt responses to my questions. I have bought more than 20 things from them in the last year

I bought many Cheerson Cx-20’s from Banggood. Always got great product. My last cx-20 order came but it was obviously a customer return/open box. The battery was already in the copter. And other parts of copter had obviously been pre-opened.
Turns out the screws were loose on one of the motors. A motor came out during flight! It cracked the shell in the crash.
Banggood agreed to send me new parts to repair it.
Customers need to be aware that pilot error is not covered. That makes it tricky to get good service on these products that will crash. You will crash, lol.
Hi i bought a cc3d revo board from banggood but the baro on the board was no good sent a email to banggood explaining the problem 8 days later recived a replacement revo
