I have placed many orders recently with Banggood. The site has great prices and surprisingly good quality items from what I have seen. I had problems with a camera I purchased from them one month after purchase. I contacted customer service and they required that I send them videos of the problem. I sent them the videos and they immediately sent me a new camera with expedited shipping. Excellent customer service, I couldn’t of asked for a better resolution to my problem. I would highly recommend.
This shop has a LOT! Their stock is up to date, their shipping times are pretty low (7 days to europe) and their service is very good. Had a bad item and got a refund without question. Can search for an alternative in their shop now. Thumbs up for this shop!

I’m impressed with Banggood time and time again. Very rarely do I ever have a problem with Banggood, but on the few occasions that I have, I was made to feel important and that I matter.
I purchased an Eachine falcon pack and it had a faulty battery charger. I told Banggood and they have gracefully replaced it with a new one.
I never really thought customer service with an online shop would be very good, but Banggood have a customer service centre that is top quality. They are fast to act and always have a good and fair solution.
Banggood is without a doubt the best place to shop in the world!!! I love it.
