Very good Service. I was not impressed with an item, wrote a review describing the issue and had no hope I could do anything about it. Then I was contacted by banggood, sent a few pictures showing my issue and was sent replacements without any hassle! I am well impressed!

Banggood’s prices and customer support are second to none. I have never had a bad experience with them and products have always arrive on time and exactly as described, especially when ordering from the US warehouse.
I have received a defective product once and after contacting their customer support they shipped out a replacement immediately and I received a few days later. I didn’t even need to return the defective one.
Banggood really respects their customers and treats them extremely well. I always look to them for any of my electronic or hobby part needs.
I have a lot of good products from Banggood.com, and couple of bad ones. When I got a bad product, I contact their customer support who, once they understood the problem, offered a quick refund.

Bardzo dobry sklep z niezłymi cenami i dobrym wsparciem. Bez problemu udało mi się uzyskać powtórna wysyłkę. Co więcej udało mi się uzyskać minimalną refundacje w zamian sprzęt utracony przez użycie wadliwego zestawu FPV.

Everybody knows that you’ll face issues when you shop online and that’s usually due to shops not the sites like banggood for example, and i must say that banggood team never leave me unsatisfied, they always fix the problem, they would return, change, send your money back …. Any thing really just to fix your problem.
RECOMMEND
Good customer service and support. Easily regained damaged set of FPV what more I managed to get a little compensation for the damage in a disaster kit bought my OSD.
