I have ordered many many items from Banggood. Mostly quadcopter related items. Support for their products has been excellent. When there is a fault you are often required to provide a photo or video but this is easy to do and they respond well to genuine faulty items. So far I have had less than a handful of faulty items but have been dealt with well by customer service. For small items they have sent me a new replacement, no need to post back faulty item.
Great service! And very friendly too! Got my money back, because my keyboard/case didn’t work. Not necessarily have to send it back. So, I am very satiesfied with them!

I am happy with the after sales service of Bangood.
After a couple of month using my tablet, I discover a failure. after contacting the after sales service they propossed me to change my tablet for a new one.
After 30 days, I got a new unit, even they sent the new one before the broken one arrived to China.
Returning shipping costs have been shared.
Ho fatto moltissimi acquisti da Banggood, ho comprato le cose più disparate.. dagli accessori rc alle collane, daglia attrezzi da lavoro ai powerbank. Un po’ di tutto quindi. In ogni caso sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto sia dai prezzi bassissimi e sia dal supporto clienti che in caso di prodotti difettosi è disposto ad un rimborso o al rinvio del prodotto in questione senza spese aggiuntive. Ho comprato moltissimo da Banggood e comprerò ancora!!

I have purchased countless items from Banggood (mainly RC stuff), and I can honestly say that I have had nothing but good experiences. Most items arrived in perfect condition (and the tracking info was reasonably good), though one (a tiny quadcopter) did not work from the beginning and another (an FPV camera) broke after a few uses. Banggood replaced both items for free!! That is what I call great customer service!!! Compare this to my experience with GearBest: I received a broken control board for one of my quadcopters, and after a long “fight”, GearBest was willing to give me $17 for a piece that costs $62. Not good….
I am very happy with the shoes I ordered from Banggood. They are cute and comfortable and fit perfectly. You can’t beat the price!
