I am buying from BG already for several years. During this time there were several cases when the product was out of stock and they refunded me pretty quickly. My last experience was to buy an FPV quadcopter. It works well but its video transmitter appears to be w low power (defective). After couple of emails and confirming my purchase the support proposed a refund of the value of the VTX. Good purchasing experience.
I have been shopping at Banggood for some time now. Usually their price quality ratio is excellent, but what really makes the difference is their prompt costumer support and uncomplicated refund policy if products are defective or when you need technical support for their products. I have been buying from Banggood for a few months now and am happy with the customer service they offer. I want to share my experience with Banggood.com (BG).
I order new tablet from them and when
I got it, I saw it has the factory defect (https://goo.gl/nhA79Y). It wasnt fatal defect, the tablet works, but.. . I contact to custom service and told them about that, they gave me the offer: exchange tablet with cover shipping cost. I agree with it and we exchange tablet. Exchange process takes about one month. The second tablet seems without that problem. Im realy happy with BG service. They always asnwer in my message and it is very quikly. Im realy happy with shopping from them.
Two of my orders did not make it all the way, and got lost in the mail.
No worries, the servicteam at Bangood handeled quick sendt new items that i recieved after a short time.

A brushless motor arrived damaged, They were fast to send a replacement. I just had to send a video showing damage. Prices are great and I strongly recommend using this site.
Ordered a remote control helicopter from them and it had a electrical defect after a couple times using it. Sent an email and they were very good to deal with, very prompt service and they were very reasonable about sending me a replacement part all I had to do was send them a video of the product malfunctioning. It was my first time dealing with this site but I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. I wish all companies valued customers like this.

He comprado muchas veces en Banggood.com, y siempre he tenido muy buen servicio por parte del personal. El Servicio de Atención al Cliente es inmejorable y siempre intentan dar una solución satisfactoria hacia el cliente.
En esta última compra, he tenido algún problemilla, pero como siempre, ha sido resuelta por el personal de Banggood.com.
Por decir algo malo, deberían de mejorar en la logística y el transporte, aunque se ve que van mejorando con el tiempo.
