I’ve ordered multiple times at Banggood and always received the products as expected. The prices are good and there is a large selection of products. Lately it happened to me twice that a product was (partly) broken, but they sent a replacement product without any hassle!

if you ever hesitated to buy from banggood, here is an experience I had that will change your mind, the customer service folks at banggood are top notch, I had ordered a drone and it was defective, I contacted banggood support and they quickly responded, offering to send a part to fix it, or offered me a full refund and keep the product, no need to send it back to them, now this I call fantastic service and puts any hesitation to order anything at all from banggood.

I bought a Xiaomi Mipad 2. This one doesn’t work well, so throught the dispute service they gave me a solution. The attention was very well. I am waiting the new one.
I bought 5x of BLITZWOLF WATCHES from Banggood.com based on the positive reviews from previous customers and was surprised when received two of the watches with “Bend” battery terminal inside the watch which if you try to insert the battery would not connect the “+” terminal as its bend on the back resulting no power.
I write about this problem on the product review s section and one of the CSR return me back offering replacement watches and have apologize for the problem.
I am waiting right now to see when they delivered here, I hope all goes well this time!
