If you got a defective item just make some photos, send them to CS, and you will be refunded.

I regularly shop on BangGood.com for 2 years: gadgets, electronics and recently quadcopters. good prices, often free delivery, even if delivery takes 15 to 20j (for France) items arrive. For expensive items, tracking is effective.
In case of problems, contact form or email with photo / video of the problem and the shipping label; customer service is responsive and effective. I had 2 defects for 60 orders, I had a response within 24 hours and BG sent me a new product.
